🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened lash adhesives, removers, and applicators cannot be returned.

• Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at support@lashstackstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Returns must be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
