Lash Stack Q&A

1. Product & Material Questions
Q: What are your lashes made from?
A: All of our lashes are made with premium faux mink fibers — soft, lightweight, cruelty-free, and reusable.
Q: How many times can I reuse my lashes?
A: With proper care, our strip lashes can be worn up to 15–20 times, and cluster lashes can last up to 7 days per application with Bond & Seal.
Q: Do you offer vegan and cruelty-free products?
A: Yes! All Lash Stack Studio products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Q: What’s the difference between strip lashes and cluster lashes?
A: Strip lashes are full lash bands that you glue across your lash line for instant glam (reusable up to 20 times). Cluster lashes are small lash segments you apply with a bond & seal system for a customizable look that can last up to 7 days.
2. Application & Care
Q: How do I apply strip lashes?
A: Apply a thin layer of adhesive to the lash band, wait 20–30 seconds until tacky, then press onto your lash line.
Q: How do I apply cluster lashes?
A: Use the Bond & Seal Duo: bond your natural lashes, place clusters underneath with tweezers, then seal for long-lasting hold.
Q: How do I remove lashes safely?
A: Use our gentle lash remover — it dissolves adhesive quickly and protects your natural lashes.
Q: How do I clean and store my lashes?
A: After each wear, gently remove any leftover glue from the lash band or clusters. For strip lashes, you can use a cotton swab with oil-free remover to lightly clean the band. Always let lashes dry completely, then return them to their original tray to keep their shape. Store in a cool, dry place for maximum reuse.
Q: Can I sleep in my lashes?
A:
  • Cluster Lashes: Yes — when applied with our Bond & Seal, clusters can be worn overnight for up to 7 days. Just be gentle when sleeping (avoid face-down positions) to help them last longer.
  • Strip Lashes: No — strip lashes should always be removed before sleeping. Sleeping in strip lashes can damage the lashes, affect their shape, and may irritate your natural lashes.
✨ Pro Tip: For the longest wear, store strip lashes in their tray overnight and refresh cluster lashes each morning with a quick seal if needed.
3. Cluster Lash Mapping Guide
Q: How do I map my cluster lashes for different lash styles?
A: Cluster lash mapping is all about using different lengths across your lash line to create the look you want. Here are a few popular styles:
  • Natural Everyday Look → Short (8–10mm) in the inner corner, medium (10–12mm) in the middle, and slightly longer (12–14mm) on the outer corner.
  • Cat-Eye / Winged Look → Short (8–10mm) inside, medium (12mm) across the middle, and longest (14–16mm) at the outer edge for a lifted effect.
  • Doll-Eye Look → Short (8–10mm) inner, longest (14–16mm) in the center, medium (12–14mm) on the outer corners for a wide-eyed finish.
  • Wispy / Spiky Look → Alternate shorter (10mm) and longer (14–16mm) clusters for a textured, playful lash look.
  • Full Glam Look → Longer clusters (14–16mm) all the way across the lash line, or double stack for bold, dramatic volume.
Pro Tip: Start with fewer clusters for a natural look, then stack or add longer lengths to build up to full glam.
